Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SplitTip purchases — both monthly subscriptions and lifetime access. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address, or
- Email us at info@vaelo.quest with your order email and approximate purchase date.
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — request one separately if you'd like one.
